How we can help

Wind Power Specialists
At Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) Limited we specialise in one area – wind power. If buying a wind turbine is a new experience for you then we are here to give you the benefit of our knowledge and experience to make the process easier.
We offer a complete support service which will provide you with advice on wind speeds and where to site a turbine, through grants and planning to installation. We only work with wind power, so we believe we know a thing or two about it! Please contact us for more information or to discuss your own particular project.

Wide Range of Turbine Sizes
Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) are able to offer turbines for most sitings - our motto is “the right turbine in the right place”.
From 1 December 2009, we began to import the Endurance Wind Power 50kW turbine from Canada. This is an excellent machine which has been used across the USA and Canada and we are delighted to have introduced it into the UK.
We can offer you a range of turbines - 5kW, 10kW, 11kW, 50kW, 100kW, 250kW and 500kW. One of these turbines will suit the needs of most farmers, landowners, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and homes.
MCS Accredited
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme is an independent scheme that certifies microgeneration products and installers in accordance with consistent standards, in order to provide greater protection for consumers.
We are accredited MCS installers.

Certificate no: MCS 1017 - BRE Certification Ltd. 07/12/2007
The MCS scheme is the only scheme to cover all the UK’s microgeneration products and services. It has support from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, industry and non-governmental groups as a prime method of making a substantial contribution to cutting the UK’s dependency on fossil fuels, and reducing its carbon dioxide emissions.
It provides quality reassurance when you decide to install a wind turbine.
REA Members
We are members of the REAL Assurance scheme. Members provide high quality products and services to consumers and abide by the REAL Assurance Scheme Consumer Code. This code is in the process of being approved by the Office of Fair Trading as part of its self-regulation initiative. The Consumer Code and the set of Consumer Guidelines are designed to help you get advice on generation solutions, and to ensure a strong consumer experience before, during and after a contract is agreed. You can find more detail on the REA web site.
If you visit the REA web site, you will find us under the Members section.
National Network of Trained Installers
We personally train all our installers. We hold regular training sessions at our head office in South Gloucestershire and take trainee installers to initially assist with and eventually completely manage the installation of a wind turbine. We have found this to be an effective way of maintaining the high standards we strive for and you want.

We Own A Turbine!
At Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) Ltd we don’t just know about the theory of wind power, we have also been through the process you are going through – information gathering, understanding unfamiliar terminology, making product comparisons and investigating grants.
The challenges we faced when we installed a wind turbine at our home have spurred us on to offer the benefit of our experiences to others intending to purchase a wind turbine. In 2006 we launched Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) Ltd.: since then we have installed many turbines throughout England and elsewhere.
