As turbine owners ourselves we know exactly how important it is to protect your investment and as one of only five Endurance Authorised Service Providers in the UK you can have confidence in the Aeolus Power service. Whilst maintaining high preventative maintenance standards we are always looking for ways to improve the turbine’s performance, streamline our operation and provide exceptional customer service.  Aeolus Power is the only Endurance dealer to have received intensive training from ABB to service and repair their generator within your turbine.

Comprehensive O+M Package

Designed to give customers a good night sleep without the worry of unforeseen bills. The comprehensive package includes:

  • Preventative servicing (every 5000 hours)
  • Consumables
  • call outs
  • Remote monitoring by Aeolus and Endurance
  • 2 business day (on site) response time
  • 7 day work warranty – if the same problem reoccurs within 7 days, we return free of charge.

‘Pay As You Go’ O+M Package

Designed to allow flexibility and low upfront costs. The PAYG package includes:

  • Single upfront payment which covers Aeolus and Endurance remote monitoring for the year.
  • Remote fixing and repairs where possible
  • All office / admin support
  • 2 business day (on site) response time

Maintenance Connection – 24 hour reporting

Communication is vital and all customers will be very familiar with the voices of Victoria, Kat and Andy in the office, however we are now offering our customers ‘Maintenance Connection’ a software package which allows them to report any problems with their turbine any time of the day or night and monitor our progress in resolving them.  Once logged on Maintenance Connection the office will always respond within 4 working hours. We have an out of hours emergency service during the evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
