Services

Our work doesn't end when you have purchased or leased a turbine. We pride ourselves on our post-sales support, providing the following services :

  • Installation
  • Commissioning
  • Insurance
  • Maintenance

MCS Accredited

The Microgeneration Certification Scheme is an independent scheme that certifies microgeneration products and installers in accordance with consistent standards, in order to provide greater protection for consumers.

We are accredited MCS installers.

The MCS scheme is the only scheme to cover all the UK’s microgeneration products and services. It has support from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, industry and non-governmental groups as a prime method of making a substantial contribution to cutting the UK’s dependency on fossil fuels, and reducing its carbon dioxide emissions.

It provides quality reassurance when you decide to install a wind turbine.

Trained Installers

We personally train all our installers. We hold regular training sessions at our head office in South Gloucestershire and take trainee installers to initially assist with and eventually completely manage the installation of a wind turbine. We have found this to be an effective way of maintaining the high standards we strive for and you want.

Install Supervisor

Phil Maber has become the second member of the Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) Limited team to become an Endurance Wind Power Approved E-Series Installation Supervisor.

Approved E-Series Install Supervisors are able to install and commission Endurance E-3120 products without on-site supervision from an Endurance Field Service Technician. The Endurance Wind Power field technicians grant approval once they are confident that every step of the installation and commissioning process is being followed appropriately without assistance. The field technicians are also looking for the crew-foreman to demonstrate an ability to handle unforeseen issues during the installation and commissioning process. The approval and ‘Supervisor’ status is tied to a specific person and not the company as a whole.

How do you become an Approved E-Series Install Supervisor?

Each Approved E-Series Install Supervisor has performed a series of installs in a crew-foreman position under the on-site guidance of one of the Endurance Wind Power field service technicians. On average, it has taken five installs before a foreman is added to the approved list. Endurance Wind Power take this process very seriously because professional installations protect their brand by ensuring long-term turbine safety and reliability.

Aeolus Power (Wind-Energy) Limited Director, Pete Griffiths, was the first Endurance Wind Power Approved E-Series Installation Supervisor to be appointed in the UK.
